Landchoice Developments Pty Ltd was established in the year 2000 by husband and wife Directors
Alan Carter and Dale Carter in preparation for their land subdivision Northwood on the King in Lower
King. Alan is a Licensed Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the civil construction industry
and provides a wealth of knowledge and multi-skilled approach to construction work. Dale is a
Registered Nurse and is involved in administrative duties within the company.
The Norwood Rd property was purchased by Landchoice Developments Pty Ltd and developed into 52 special residential lots in three stages between 2002 and 2012. Stage 3 of the development
incorporated the construction of a wetland which not only provides a visual amenity to the surrounding lots but also serves to mitigate storm water flows and has essentially formalised what was once a low-lying and annually waterlogged part of the development area. The lake and surrounding pathways provides the local residents with a recreational space and also provides a link to the adjacent King River.
 

Since completing Northwood on the King, Landchoice Developments has continued with contract subdivision and earthmoving works in the Albany area. Landchoice Developments has completed a range of local works including underground power installation Norwood Rd, water mains installation Lowanna Country Estate Stage 1 and construction of access road adjacent to Airport.
